Former SDL President Joins Senior Leadership Team
NEW YORK, NY, March 15, 2017 – TransPerfect, the world’s largest privately held provider of language and technology solutions for global business, today announced that localization industry veteran Dominique Hourant has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
Based in TransPerfect’s Barcelona office, Hourant brings with him more than 27 years of experience in the localization and multilingual content management industry, including over 15 years at SDL where he led high-performance global teams responsible for strategic and significant enterprise accounts with complex services and technology requirements.
During his time at SDL, Hourant established market-leading innovations for machine translation, business process outsourcing, content management, and technology convergence. He helped large organizations by designing and deploying their localization and content strategies across all content types.
